All4mie – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in All4mie marketing campaigns. By registering or participating, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. About All4mie

All4mie is a marketing platform that connects Product Owners with Shop Owners through free, on-the-ground promotional campaigns aimed at increasing product visibility, customer engagement, and sales.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to:

  • Product Owners who manufacture, distribute, or own products suitable for retail promotion.

  • Shop Owners operating legal retail businesses where promotional activities can be conducted.

All4mie reserves the right to approve or decline participation at its discretion.

3. Product Owners – Terms of Participation

3.1 Product Supply
Product Owners agree to voluntarily supply products to All4mie at no cost for the purpose of advertising and promotional campaigns.

3.2 Free Advertising
All products supplied will be promoted through All4mie campaigns free of charge, including in-store activations, sampling, and brand exposure.

3.3 No Guaranteed Sales
While All4mie aims to increase exposure and engagement, no guarantee of sales volume is made.

3.4 Usage Rights
Product Owners grant All4mie permission to use product names, images, and branding materials for marketing and promotional purposes.

4. Shop Owners – Terms of Participation

4.1 Free Marketing Campaigns
Shop Owners receive free marketing campaigns hosted at their premises to help drive customer traffic, product awareness, and sales.

4.2 Suitable Location
All4mie will only partner with shops located in areas where there is a clear target market for the promoted products.

4.3 Sales Benefit
Shop Owners benefit from increased foot traffic, customer engagement, and potential sales generated during campaigns.

4.4 Cooperation
Shop Owners agree to provide reasonable access, space, and cooperation to allow campaigns to run smoothly.

5. Partner Matching

All4mie selects and matches products with shops based on:

  • Target market suitability

  • Location and customer demographics

  • Product relevance to the shop’s customers

All matching decisions are final.

6. Costs and Fees

  • There are no fees charged to Product Owners or Shop Owners for participation.

  • Participation is based on partnership and mutual benefit.

7. Campaign Measurement

Campaign success may be evaluated using:

  • Sales performance

  • Customer engagement

  • Foot traffic and interaction

These metrics are used for internal assessment and future campaign improvements.

8. Limitation of Liability

All4mie is not responsible for:

  • Loss of stock after handover for campaigns

  • Indirect or consequential business losses

  • Outcomes beyond reasonable marketing control

Participation is at the participant’s own business risk.

9. Termination

All4mie reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation if:

  • False information is provided

  • Terms are breached

  • Conduct harms the brand or campaign integrity

10. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, supplying products, or hosting a campaign, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
